The Job: 

This is a great role which can be fitted in around any other commitments you may have or your studies. As the company grows we are looking to add additional hours, expand this role and the team.Perfect for someone with a passion for marketing/photoshoots/events who likes working in a fast paced environment.We are willing to support you in learning how to do all the following things through being given time to learn and attend courses as required. 

Responsibilities within this role will include: 

Develop and implement a strategy that will support the growth plans for the business. 

Producing high quality and engaging written and visual social media content on a very regular basis. 

Work with the Sales Manager to source content from around the business to use on our website and/or social media platforms. 

Create useful and well written blog posts that will improve the experience of customers and improve SEO. 

Work with our Sales Manager to create email campaigns that are informative, engaging, visually striking and offer real benefits to customers. 

Reach out to influencers, start competitions, run charity events, all to generate engagement, make a difference to people's lives and strengthen the company brand. 

Promote our company values and ethics. 

Create a content calendar to schedule posts and content throughout the year. 

Work closely with the graphic design team and department heads for resources, insight into customer behaviour and business information. 

Facebook/Instagram, Pinterest and Google advertising. 

Photoshoot - organise photoshoots to promote new products and create content. 

Events - organising local events to engage with our audience and raise our business profile.

Knowledge and experience of Google Ads

Proven track record of Social Media success. 

Understanding how success is measured. 

Seamless navigation and negotiation of all the main Social Media platforms. 

Ability to read analytics and metrics of posts, campaigns and user interaction and present in reports. 

A great understanding of SEO, SEM and PPC, enabling you to work with service providers and confirm that the best strategies and techniques are being implemented. 

Excellent writing skills, engaging, thorough, great spelling and grammar. 

Experience and knowledge of effective email marketing campaigns. 

Experience and ability to market in traditional ways, mail-out, radio, sponsorship, magazines and newspapers. 

Good photography skills, and photo/video editing. 

Adobe Creative Suite. 

Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with a diverse audience. 

Motivation to keep yourself up to date with trends and new developments 

Excellent personal organisational and multitasking skills.

Why work for us? 

You will have the opportunity to work for a fast growing company working with lots of amazing independent fashion brands, we also attend festivals in the UK and abroad to promote the business.LocationIdeally office based however working from home is allowed when necessary but we would prefer that the majority of shifts are done in the office so you get to know the team well. 

The Hours: 

2 x 5 hours shifts per week. 

Our core hours are Mon-Fri 9.30am - 5.30pm. 

You can choose when you wish to work as we are happy for you to fit your shifts around your schedule, however, some hours will have to be done on a Monday so you can attend our weekly Team Meeting.

P/T Bookkeeper

Part Time Bookkeeper & Admin Assistant

What we are looking for: 

Could work as an employee or take this on as a subcontractor. 

We’re looking for someone that is reliable, trustworthy, organised and methodical and who has good communication skills both written and verbal. Experience with various digital information management systems and other IT systems including Microsoft Office is desirable. Someone who has had previous administrative and bookkeeping experience or be able to demonstrate this component from a previous role. 

As an ecommerce business a lot of our accounting procedure is automated, however we require someone to load purchasing receipts and invoices, reconcile accounts and prepare VAT returns. 

Main roles and responsibilities 

General administrative support to the officeBookkeeping – dealing with the accounts payable process, creation of sales invoices, managing expenses and reconciling the bank account 

VAT Returns 

In addition to the responsibilities and duties listed above the job holder is required to undertake any other tasks or duties as may be required by management from time to time

Essential Qualifications/Experience: 

Trustworthy and able to hold confidential information 

Understanding and experience using XeroLevel 2 BookkeepingMinimum GCSE or equivalent in Maths 

Experience of working with VAT 

Desirable Qualifications/Experience: 

A-Level English or other qualification to show competency 

Experience working with ecommerce style businesses 

Administrative experience

Glitter Artists

We need a team of Glitter Artists which we can reach out to for various events. There is no commitment to work every event. Therefore we are looking to expand our team and want to hear from you. 

Glitter Artist 

We are looking for fun, confident and vibrant people to travel with us to events and cover people in EcoStardust Biodegradable Glitter. 

What's required: 

Experience of applying glitter/face/body paint in a professional setting (if you don't have experience in a formal setting then please provide additional examples of your work)Ability to create custom glitter looks upon request. 

Ability to work quickly and maintain high standards. 

Ability to travel (if you can get to Bristol then we are happy for you to travel with us to events from here) 

In return, you will be paid for your work, you will get to travel to some amazing events and festivals with us. You will expand your experience on your CV and you will get to make some new amazing friends on the way.
